Developing Communities Sustainably: Exploring LEED for Neighborhood Development.

USGBC Florida Gulf Coast Chapter and CNU Tampa Bay welcome you to attend a comprehensive introduction to the USGBC LEED ND Rating System. CNU’s involvement in LEED ND’s creation and the urban design principles upon which LEED ND is based – as well as many other related topics – will be discussed by LEED ND and CNU-A accredited urban designers Erin Chantry and Vinod Kadu.

Additionally, local developer Frank Starkey (Longleaf Development, Pasco County) will join the program to discuss his perspective and experience of the LEED Rating System, as well as his thoughts on its role in future development.

Cost for USGBC and CNU Members: $25.00 (Includes Lunch)
