November 8th – General Membership Meeting

Please join us on Friday, November 8th for a General Membership Meeting, where we will make a call for CNU Tampa Bay Committee nominations, discuss the formalization of the organization, and brainstorm about the New Year! Please RSVP to cnutampabay@gmail.com

• Chair Committee Meetings
• Organize General Membership Meetings
• Lead planning efforts for unique events
• Primary contact with CNU-FL and assist state chapter when possible
• Manage organizational and financial matters
• QA/QC organization operations
• 2-Year Term (2014-2015)

Programs Coordinator

• Develop and maintain event calendar
• Coordinate and work with project managers on recurring events
• Plan social happy hours
• Assist the Regional Rep with annual and ongoing planning activities

Communications Director

• Maintain Social Media (Facebook, Twitter)
• Maintain website
• Check and organize email account
• Develop and maintain graphic/branding materials for communications and events

Group Administrator

• Lead membership development initiatives
• Develop partnerships (Coordinate with other professional/community organizations)
• Organize and maintain email lists
• Coordinate quarterly with CNU-FL to update our email list with new national members
• Take meeting minutes

Project Manager: Urbanism on Tap

• Coordinate with Urban Charrette Project Manager to plan recurring Urbanism on Tap events (second Tuesday of every other month)
• Chair planning meetings (3 every 2 months)
• Manage CNU Tampa Bay representative members on UOT Planning Committee

Project Manager: Walkabout Series

• Coordinate with the Programs Coordinator to plan walkabouts (occurring quarterly on average)
• Manage CNU Tampa Bay members planning the series
