USGBC Florida Gulf Coast Chapter and CNU Tampa Bay welcome you to attend a walking tour of the Encore Development where we will discuss affordable housing and the urban design framework, LEED for Neighborhood Development (written in part by the Congress for the New Urbanism.) Depending on reservations we will head to Lee’s Grocery for a happy hour and discussion.
